Pool endpoints read raw.uniswap_v3_pools — the pools BlockTrellis has discovered from Swap logs and backfilled metadata for.

GET /v1/ethereum/pools?token=&cursor=&limit=
token filters to pools where it is token0 or token1. Results are ordered by pool_address; a next_cursor (the last pool_address on the page) is returned when more rows exist.
created_block is null until backfill has resolved it. token0/token1/fee/tick_spacing/factory come from immutable on-chain selectors, not from a third-party pool list.
